Returns and refund policy

Order Cancellations
You can easily cancel your order via phone, email, or live chat, as long as the order hasn’t been processed or dispatched. If cancellation occurs before production or dispatch, you’ll receive a full refund within 2-3 working days. 30-Day Return Policy (Stocked Items)
We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days. Returned items will be inspected, and a 25% restocking and collection fee will apply. Damaged or opened packaging cannot be returned.
