Which type of computer chair do you recommend?

Choosing the right computer chair will depend on the type of activity you're performing and the duration of time spent at your desk. For short duration use (1-3 hours), a padded chair with fixed armrests will offer plenty of comfort and support. If you're spending 3 to 8 hours behind your desk, adjustable back support is recommended as the lumbar region is prone to stiffness. Adjustable armrests support the weight of your arms and prevent you leaning forward into a slouch which can also cause lower and upper back pain. If you're typing or using a mouse for extended periods, invertible 3D or 4D armrests offer optimal support and positioning for your lower arms during these tasks.

What is the maximum weight your chairs can carry?

Depending on the model chosen, our executive desk chairs can support between 17 and 35 stone. Check the key features and measurements section for chair specific weight tolerances.

Can I have my chairs pre-assembled?

Yes, when you add a chair to your cart, simply select the pre-assembly option from the drop down menu and your chair will be delivered built and ready for use. Please note this increases the lead-time to around 10 working days.

Free delivery to mainland UK

Stocked office chairs are delivered by courier in 3-6 working days to mainland UK. Made to order (MTO) chairs are delivered in around 10 working days. All deliveries are free of charge to mainland UK

Returns and refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
