Is my desk in stock?

If you can see the “Add To Cart” button and can add your desk to your basket, the item is in stock and will be delivered within the product’s stated lead time. If you see a greyed out “Due In” button instead of “Add To Cart”, the item is out stock. For lead time updates on out-of-stock items, please contact our live chat team for more information.

Can I have my desk pre-assembled?

Yes we offer expert on-site assembly across our complete range of adjustable desks, simply select the pre-assembly option when you add an item to your cart and leave the rest to us. Please note that this service increases the leadtime to approximately 10 working days.

How much weight can your desks carry?

Our height adjustable desks can carry between 40KG and 120KG depending on the model chosen. A desktop computer with a monitor typically weighs between 14KG and 23KG, with laptops weighing between 1KG and 3KG on average. Check the key features and measurements section for model specific tolerances.

Do your desks include a warranty?

Fenstone adjustable desks include a warranty of between 2 and 8 years against manufacturing defects, delamination and structural failures. Check the key features and measurements section for desk specific guidance.

Shipping & Returns

Room of choice delivery in 3-6 working days

All of our products include free premium delivery to mainland UK in 3-6 working days. This is a two man delivery service and all items can be placed in your room of choice upon delivery.

Returns and refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
