Is my desk in stock?

If you can see the “Add To Cart” button and can add your desk to your basket, the item is in stock and will be delivered within the product’s stated lead time. If you see a greyed out “Due In” button instead of “Add To Cart”, the item is out stock. For lead time updates on out-of-stock items, please contact our live chat team for more information.

Can I have my desk pre-assembled?

We offer expert on-site assembly on selected desks. If this service is available for your item, you’ll be prompted to choose between free room of choice delivery or on-site installation when you add the item to your cart. Some desks are sent partially assembled and only require the legs and feet to be fitted, check the “key features and measurements” section for more information.

How much weight can your desks carry?

Our smart desks can operate under loads of up to 40KG. A desktop computer with a monitor typically weighs between 14KG and 23KG, with laptops weighing between 1KG and 3KG on average. Check the key features and measurements section for model specific tolerances.

Do your smart desks include a warranty?

Fenstone smart desks include a warranty of up to 2 years against manufacturing defects, structural failures and delamination. Check the key features and measurements section for desk specific guidance.

Shipping & Returns

Room of choice delivery in 3-6 working days

Smart desks include free premium delivery to mainland UK in 3-6 working days. This is a two-man delivery service and all items can be placed in your room of choice upon delivery.

Returns and refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
